Our MISSION: Making Disciples - It’s what Jesus’ told us to do -- Matt 28:19 Our VISION: to facilitate disciplemaking environments where the love and message of Jesus is shared and people are introduced to Christ and then equipped & matured to become His fully devoted followers. Six PURPOSES keep us focused on this Mission & Vision -- Freeing Hearts for Life-Journeys that Matter:

		God’s Glory –…whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God. 1 Corinthians 10:31 …offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God-- this is your spiritual act of worship. Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. - Romans 12:1-2 Our ConneXionS Class orients us to Ways we can Glorify God when Christ is at the center of our hearts: Growth – Life-change, being in-process toward Christlikeness in all arenas of life brings glory to God. Graceful Living – Loving others, servanthood, and forgiveness brings glory to God Going – Sharing the love & message of Jesus both locally and globally brings glory to God. Giving: God-focused Stewardship of Time, Talents & Treasure brings glory to God
		Outreach - go and make disciples of all nations- Matthew 28:19; pray … that God may open a door for our message …Pray that I may proclaim it clearly, as I should. Be wise in the way you act toward outsiders; make the most of every opportunity. Let your conversation be always full of grace, seasoned with salt, so that you may know how to answer everyone. Col. 4:3-6 Our “Go” Class is designed to equip people for outreach both locally and globally. It includes: Local Outreach Basics: Relationships & Prayer – Giving relational gifts believing that God wants to use Christ’s life flowing out of us to impact and draw hearts to Himself. So we find out about and pray for the needs, burdens, and concerns of those God places in our circle of awareness and influence. Then we Invite those people to be with us, including when we meet corporately to worship – the powerful “Be-with” factor. And we Serve - no-strings help & Kindness, Sharing the love & message of Jesus in practical ways. Global Outreach Basics: How we reach out beyond our area through Missionaries & Missions Trips
		Stewardship & Service - Each one should use whatever gift he has received to serve others, faithfully administering God's grace in its various forms. If anyone speaks, he should do it as one speaking the very words of God. If anyone serves, he should do it with the strength God provides, so that in all things God may be praised through Jesus Christ 1 Pet 4:10-11. the whole body, joined and held together by every supporting ligament, grows and builds itself up in love, as each part does its work. Eph 4:16 Our S.H.A.P.E class is designed to help people discover their spiritual gift(s) and best ministry match.
		People & Relationships - "A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. By this all men will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another." - John 13:34-35. And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds. Let us not give up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but let us encourage one another-- and all the more as you see the Day approaching. Heb 10:24-25 (NIV) Our Small Groups are designed to encourage hearts on their life-change journeys
		Eternal Values & Rewards - " I am coming soon! My reward is with me, and I will give to everyone according to what he has done - Revelation 22:12. Run in such a way as to get the prize… a crown that will last forever. 1 Cor 9:24-25 ...we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, that each one may receive what is due him for the things done while in the body, whether good or bad.- 2 Cor 5:10. Remember this: Whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows generously will also reap generously. Each man should give what he has decided in his heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver. - 2 Cor 9:6-7. ConneXionS class helps us orient to God as ultimate owner of all and to functioning in life as His Steward
		Life-Change Journey - Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. - Rom 12:2 ...train yourself to be godly ...godliness has value for all things, holding promise for both the present life and the life to come. - 1 Tim 4:7-8 ...let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles, and let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us... - Heb 12:1-2 ...being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus. - Phil 1:6. And this is my prayer: that your love may abound more and more in knowledge and depth of insight, so that you may be able to discern what is best and may be pure and blameless... – 1:9-11 Our Walking with God class teaches spiritual growth practices to pursue thru our life journeys
